Casawear Return and Refund Policy
Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our made-to-order items, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include replacing the item or issuing a refund.
Order Cancellations:
Since many of our items are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be in production.
Refunds:
Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items. If eligible, we will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your returned item or confirmation of damage.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.
Exceptions:
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
